In case you would want to store your banana cake ahead of the week, store your cake in an air-tight container at room temperature for 3-4 days. Storing your cake in the refrigerator dries out the cake.

Ingredients:
- 2 Ripe Banana
- 150g Butter (room temperature)
- 100ml Milk
- 200g All-purpose flour
- Baking powder 1tsp
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 150g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Place 2 ripe bananas in a bowl and smash it well. Add butter, sugar, 2 eggs, vanilla essence, and milk — beat well until they combine.
- In a separate bowl, add 200g of All-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix them well.
- Preheat the oven to 200°c
- Pour batter into a greased baking tin with parchment paper and bake for 35 minutes.
- When the cake is ready, let it cool in the baking tin for 10 minutes. You can then place the cake on a cooling rack to cool completely.
