Shrimp stuffed salmon roll-ups are a delicious and elegant dish that can make a great addition to any meal. The dish can be served hot and garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.

They make a delicious and elegant meal, perfect for a dinner party or special occasion.

Here is how to prepare shrimp stuffed salmon roll-ups

To prepare, drizzle some olive oil on a medium-high heat Skillet then add in bell peppers and onion. Saute for a minute or two then add fresh chopped spinach and saute for about 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.

Grab the shrimp and dice them into small little pieces. Transfer the shrimp into a bowl and add the sauteed bell peppers, onion, and spinach.

Next add cream cheese, wrench salad seasoning, mozzarella cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and about two tablespoons of the seasoning mix together (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, lemon pepper, old bay, and ground black pepper to taste). Save the rest of the seasoning for the salmon.

Squeeze some lemon juice in the bowl and mix until well combined.

Place the salmon fillet on a clean, flat surface. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the fillet in half lengthwise to create two long, thin strips.

Next, spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure to leave about a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Then, starting at one end, carefully roll up the salmon fillets, securing them with toothpicks.

Drizzle some olive oil on the salmon then season them well. Spray some vegetable oil on the baking tray and place the salmon rolls in there. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. Serve the salmon roll-ups with your choice of vegetables and enjoy!
