This pina colada smoothie is simple, healthy and incredibly refreshing! Its made with real coconut milk and pineapple juice.
To make the smoothie, you can use fresh or frozen pineapple chunks, which give it that extra fresh fruit flavor. Then use half a banana to add creaminess and natural sweetness, but you can use up to a whole banana if you prefer. Then add in some coconut milk, pineapple or pina colada juice and a little bit of honey to offset the acidity of pineapples.

Pina Colada Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup pineapple or pina colada juice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. honey
- a cupful of ice cubes
Directions:
- In a blender add in all the ingredients, pineapple chunks, banana,pineapple/pina colada juice, coconut milk, honey and ice cubes.
- Blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Serve with a pineapple wedge and enjoy.
