How to make the best BBQ Ribs in the Oven

To prepare, start off by mixing all the dry seasoning together. In a small bowl, add brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, BBQ dry rub, and salt. Use a fork to mix the seasoning then set it aside.

Place the baby back Rib on a surface and remove the membrane. Now, apply spicy dijon mustard on the ribs as a binder — that way the seasoning can stick better on the ribs. Note that you can use regular mustard if that’s what you prefer.

Add your seasoning to the ribs. While adding, make sure to pat the seasoning down instead of rubbing it on the rib. Flip over the rib and repeat on the other side.
