How to prepare Juicy oven baked chicken thighs
To prepare, place your chicken thigh on a clean surface and remove the extra skin. Then go ahead and clean the chicken with a little vinegar and some salt and water.
Once clean, dry the chicken gently with a napkin to remove any moisture and water then place the chicken in a baking dish ready to season.
For the seasoning, in a small bowl, add onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, Adobo seasoning thyme, parsley, paprika, Creole seasoning and salt. Combine the seasoning to mix and set aside.
Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil to the chicken and run your hand over the chicken to make sure all the chicken is coated with oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken. Mix the chicken until it’s fully coated in that delicious seasoning. Cover the chicken with a plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes before baking. For best result you can place the chicken in the fridge overnight.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 40-50minutes. The baked chicken thighs are so juicy and they have a really good aroma. The outside is crunchy and so juicy and buttery on the inside.
