How to prepare the tastiest juicy chicken breast

Start off by placing your chicken breast on a surface and add some cross-cuts with a knife to thin it out. Season the breast with salt and black pepper to taste.

In a cooking pan, add olive oil followed by the butter. Once the oil has heated and the butter melted, place the chicken breasts into the pan.

Fry both sides of the breasts until they turn golden brown. That should take about 4-5 minutes. Take the chicken breasts out of the pan and set them aside.

In the same skillet add 1tsp butter— once melted—add garlic and saute for about 30 seconds. Next, add the shallot and sauté until translucent.

Add chicken broth or warm water, lemon juice, parsley, whipped cream, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Stir the sauce and then let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Place the chicken breast into the sauce. Drench the breast in the sauce then close the lid and let it simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!


  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 shallot/onion
  • 170 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth or warm water
  • 170ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
  • handful of Parsley
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste
