How to make garlic butter salmon
Start off by placing the fillet on a surface and cutting them to equal sizes.
Wash the salmon and use a napkin to pat dry any moisture. Drizzle some olive oil all over the salmon fillets. Use your hand to rub it in.
For the seasoning, in a small bowl add onion powder, garlic powder, dry parsley, thyme, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, ground black pepper, and seasoned salt. Use a fork to combine well the seasonings.
Generously season the salmon fillet then flip it over and season the other side as well. Add about four tablespoons of unsalted butter to a cast iron pan. Once it’s hot place the salmon fillet into the pan. Cook the fillet on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side. Once one side is cooked flip it over and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the fillets from the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan add minced garlic and cook it for about 15-30 seconds. Next, add 1tsp chicken bouillon and squeeze in some lemon juice. Add some fresh parsley and cook for about 10 seconds the add chicken broth. Place your salmon into the sauce and cover it with the sauce. Your garlic butter salmon is ready!

- 4 tbsps unsalted butter
