How to prepare Easy Lemon pepper chicken wings
To prepare, cut up your chicken wings and clean them—you could use some salt and some lime juice to clean. Now, pat the wings dry and prepare them for seasoning. Place the wings in a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tablespoon creole seasoning, and some salt to taste, and mix it up to let the marinade in. Cover the bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Next, you are going to season the flour. In a large bowl, add the 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons creole seasoning, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, and 1 teaspoon roasted garlic and herbs, and mix well to combine.
After 30 minutes, remove the chicken from the fridge and dredge in the flour. You don’t want too much flour to coat the wings. Once done, fry the chicken wings at 350° Fahrenheit for about 10-12 minutes.
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper. Stir them together and pat them on the chicken. You can use a brush and do a light coat of butter on the wings.
