How to prepare garlic butter chicken breast
To prepare, take a sharp knife and slice the chicken breasts in the middle. Take a meat tenderizer and flatten the chicken breasts. If you don’t have a meat tenderizer—you can use a rolling pin. This will make the chicken cook faster. If you like, you could also cut the chicken into bite-size.

Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Breast
Now let’s season the chicken breast. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil onto the chicken and use your hand to rub it in. Now go ahead and sprinkle some salt and pepper all over the chicken breast then flip it over and sprinkle the salt and pepper on the other side. In a large bowl, add a third cup of all-purpose flour and dredge the chicken breasts into the flour—you want a light coat of the flour so don’t overdo it. Once you are done adding the flour to all the chicken, set them aside.
To cook the chicken, add two tablespoons of unsalted butter to a frying pan. Once melted, add the chicken breasts into the pan and let it cook for about five minutes per side then flip it over and cook the other side(don’t move the breasts while cooking). Don’t overcook the chicken breast. Once the chicken is done cooking, remove it and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add the rest of the butter in you are going to cook the minced garlic until it turns golden brown. Now, add dry pepper flakes into the pan and stir it together—don’t add too much. Add a third cup of honey to the pan and keep stirring as the honey cooks on medium-low heat. Finally add the Oyster sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce and stir them together. Let it simmer for two-three minutes.
Place the chicken breasts in the sauce and let it cook on low heat for about three minutes. You can now add some fresh parsley on top of the chicken to garnish. At this point your dish is ready.
