In today’s recipe, I will show you how to prepare super delicious skillet potatoes or breakfast potatoes. These are my to-go breakfast potatoes. They’re so good that if you start eating them, you will not stop.
How to prepare Delicious Breakfast Potatoes
To get started, peel the skin off the potatoes. Next, you’re going to cut the potatoes into thin slices—the potatoes will cook faster that way.
Add about four tablespoons of oil into a skillet. Once the oil is hot, add the potato slices and keep stirring for about 3 minutes. Add chopped onions to the skillet and keep stirring.
Now is time to add the seasonings. Add Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley salt, and paprika, and mix it up well.
Take the chicken broth/water and add on the side/edge of the skillet so that it doesn’t ruin the seasoning. Let the potatoes steam up a bit then add the black pepper and keep stirring. Cover the skillet to allow the potatoes to cook for about five minutes on low heat. Your potatoes are ready to be served.
- 4 russets potatoes
