Creamy Cajun Salmon

In this recipe, you’ll learn how to make a creamy Cajun salmon dish that is both easy to make and delicious.

To start, place the salmon fillets on a surface and drizzle some olive oil on them. Next, mix together paprika, Slap Your Mama seasoning, and some complete seasoning and sprinkle it all over the salmon.

Heat a skillet or frying pan and add three to four tablespoons of olive oil. Once the oil is hot, place the salmon fillets in the pan and cook them for six to eight minutes on each side. After they are cooked, remove them and set them aside.

In the same frying pan, add two tablespoons of unsalted butter and one tablespoon of minced garlic and cook it until fragrant. Then, pour in half a cup of heavy cream and add more Slap Your Mama seasoning, dry parsley, and paprika for color.

Also, add some lemon juice for flavor (½ lemon). Let the sauce simmer for two minutes and then remove it from the heat.

Pour the sauce over the cooked salmon and add some toasted or roasted lemon slices on top. This dish can be served with mashed potatoes or rice on the side. Enjoy!
