This has been my favorite recipe for about 5 years now. It’s very tasty and easy to make even for people who have no baking experience.
You can prepare this bread ahead, store it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.

A few tips when making Banana banana bread
To make your bread even more amazing and filled with flavor, you can optionally add chocolate chips, nuts, cinnamon, vanilla etc
Ingredients
- All-purpose baking flour 2 cups
- Baking soda 1 tsp.
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Butter ¾ cup
- Eggs 2, beaten
- Brown sugar ¾ cup
- 4 ripe bananas or 2 1/3 cup of mashed overripe bananas
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C (350F) then lightly grease your 9×5 loaf pan with butter.
- In a bowl add flour, salt, and baking soda. Use a hand whisk to combine them.
- In a separate bowl, cream together brown sugar and butter. Add in mashed bananas and eggs and stir until well blended.
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture— stir just to moisten and pour the batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf, comes out clean.
- Let bread cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
